What do you get when Reggae band Nex Chapta links up with the Electronic/Visual duo The Pew Pew Pews? A scintillating Reggae Rock fusion titled “Living the Dream” and another home run for Future Crab Studios. This track is the second release for The Pew Pew Pews and follows closely on the heels of their acclaimed first single “Don’t Stop Dancin‘” which was well appreciated by their fan base and has been getting spins on local radio.

As artistes we all know that living the dream is always the goal but easier said than done. Most likely you’re trapped in a 9 to 5 waiting for the chance to break out and pursue what you love 100%. But till then, bills have to be paid so you’re still on the clock, still on the grind. However, don’t lose faith. Once you stick to it, something good will happen.

The official video deals quite well with this scenario. Directed by Sekritiv and edited by Kit of Future Crab Studios, this video will have you nodding your head in recognition of the familiar scenario as well to the catchy grooves of the bassline. Nothing in my pocket but the money on my mind indeed!
