1st Klase – drippy

Well boy! If you didn’t know that Trinidad drill was a thing, now you know. Crawl out from that hole you was in and dust off the moss from under your back quick quick before the people find out. The beat from 1st Klase & Shama Boneichewa so clean and bassy that shiny just like “Rowley head”. Jeez!

Zerimar – make it

Almost like a sequel to the instant classic “Switch“, Arima yute Zerimar follows with “Make It”, a similarly melodic introspective banger for the Trinibad faithful. It’s an encouraging inflection for the genre which has been routinely criticized for being one-note with a single-minded focus on violence.

1st klase – Jansport bag

On most of his new album Trapikal Gawd II, Super Producer tun Artiste 1st Klase makes efficient and liberal use of guests to fill out a tawdry mosaic of boasts, slick trini talk and bass heavy riddims. On this one, he goes in himself resulting in one of the hardest tracks in the set. The beat, co-produced by his understudy Brooklyn Decent is bouncy and menacing pairing beautifully with Klase’s braggadocios rhymes.
